1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- First name and email address — provided when you sign up to use the Tool
- Query text — the parenting situations you describe
- Optional context about your teen — including general age (10–19), broad ADHD status (e.g., diagnosed, suspected), and a free-text description of strategies you have already tried. These fields are optional and can be left blank or set to "Prefer not to say." They are used solely to tailor the parenting plan we generate for you.
- Usage data — basic analytics such as when and how often you use the Tool
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect or store your child's name, exact date of birth, school name, doctor's name, specific medication names or dosages, diagnosis details beyond the broad status you optionally provide, or any other personally identifiable information about your child. Our system is designed to avoid collecting clinically identifiable health records.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the Parenting ADHD Plan Builder service
- To improve the quality of our responses
- To send communications about parenting resources and coaching programs (if opted in)
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data to third parties. To generate your plan, the situation text and any optional context you provide (teen's age, ADHD status, what you have tried) are sent to our AI processing provider, Anthropic, under their data-handling terms. We also use Resend to deliver plan and digest emails. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Children's Privacy
This Tool is intended for adults (parents and caregivers) only. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA.
7. Contact
For data deletion requests or privacy questions, please contact us at the email address provided on parentingadhd.com.
